Braunschweiger Pate
Ingredients
- 1 lb braunschweiger
- 1/4 cup salad dressing
- 2 Tb dill pickle juice
- 1 Tb worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 3 drops tabasco
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
Directions
- Mash meat until smooth
- Add salad dressing, pickle juice, worchestershire, tabasco, garlic, and half of the cream cheese
- Blend until smooth
- Add pickles and onions
- Press into bowl. Chill 2 hours and frost with remaining cream cheese
