Artichoke Dip

 

Ingredients

  1. 2 14oz cans artichoke hearts
  2. 1 cup mayonaise
  3. 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  4. clove of garlic, grated
  5. 2-3 Tb green onions, chopped
  6. 2-3 Tb green onions, chopped
  7. chopped parsley for color
  8. black pepper to taste
  9. seasoned bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Drain and chop artichokes. Combine with all other ingredients except bread crumbs and place in baking/serving dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
